AKCILS To Spend Over 2.3 bn On College’s Developmental Projects 2024

The Aminu Kano College Of Islamic And Legal Studies AKCILS has designed to spend over 2.3 billion naira for the construction of Twin Theater, Auditorium Halls, Offices for academic staff among other developmental projects.
The Provost of the College, Professor Balarabe Abubakar Jakada stated Tuesday, while depending the 2024 proposed budget, at the State House of Assembly.
Also the College of Advanced and Remedial Studies, Tudun Wada proposed to spend over 1.5 Billion Naira in 2024.
The provost of the College Dr. Yusuf Musa Kibiya disclosed this when appearing before kano state Assembly standing committee on higher education for budget defence.
He said the college plans to construct Hostels to accommodate over 800 students, a clinic, teachers quaters and convertion of the college to College of Education.

Briefing press men of the house also after budget defence, the Rector of Kano State Polythenic Dr. Kabiru Bello Dungurawa said they plans to spend over 670 Million Naira for the construction of new campus, other structures and new courses to accommodate more study programs.
