Industrial Revival and Cash Circulation Key to Economic Growth — Gambo Danpass

By IIA

A prominent Kano businessman and elder statesman, Alhaji Gambo Abdullahi Danpass, has called on the Federal Government and lawmakers representing the region to take decisive steps toward reviving moribund industries, manufacturing companies, and small-scale enterprises across the country. He also urged renewed commitment to boosting agricultural activities through fairness and transparency.

Speaking to journalists, Alhaji Gambo Danpass further appealed to the Central Bank of Nigeria to relax policies affecting commercial transactions, especially by allowing wider use of physical cash to ease business activities among citizens.

According to him, signs indicate that major political parties such as the APC and the PDP may continue to experience internal divisions due to what he described as poor policy direction, which he said is weakening their influence and eroding public support.

The elder statesman also commended the Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, for his efforts in improving education, healthcare, and road infrastructure, as well as providing capital support and vocational training for youths and women across the state.

Alhaji Gambo Abdullahi Danpass concluded by urging Nigerians to surrender to the will of Allah and intensify prayers for positive solutions to the nation’s challenges, particularly insecurity, corruption, economic hardship, and the weakening sense of unity and patriotism among citizens.
