The Supreme Court has declared Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP as duly Elected Governor of Kano State.
Justice John iyang Okoro lead the judgment reaffirming the victory of NNPP’s Kabir Yusuf Friday in Abuja.

The 165 thousand ballots deducted eearlier by the election petition tribunal, also uphold by the appeal court, are now returned to NNPP by the Supreme Court.
