Kano State Government planned to construct Primary Healthcare in each ward across the state in 2024 proposed budget.
The Commissioner Ministry of Health Dr. Abubakar Labaran Yusuf disclosed this while briefing newsmen shortly after he appeared before standing committee on health Kano State House of Assembly.
He said the ministry also designed to construct General Hospital at each local government and upgrading other health centers for the development of healthcare system in the state.

Dr. Abubakar Labaran Yusuf who pointed out 25 Billion Naira as proposed allocation for the ministry, added that state government designed to upgrade Health Institutions, renovation of dilapidated buildings and revive health programs such as maternal and childcare programs among others.
