Expert on waste management Dr. Tukur Mohd Bala said kano waste is more richer for power generation, production of Inorganic fertilizer and other recycle use.
He stated this Thursday in a special program with Aminci Radio in Kano.
Dr. Bala Mohd Tukur who pointed out the dangers of rampant waste disposal said proper management will cut government and public cost on healthcare treatments.
He emphasized on government to partner with indigenous waste management companies to ensure regular sanitation and enforce public to pay for the services.
The professional explained that improper waste disposal bring hazardous condition like flooding, and air pollution which resulted to cancer, contamination of foods, water that causes spread of diseases such as cholera, maleria, among other communicable/infectious diseases.
Dr. Bala Mohd Tukur who is the chairman of Kano Indegenious Companies of Waste Management he said it’s time for kano citizens to engage themselves on utilizing waste for recycle production.

The expert who reminds the teaching of Islam on significance of sanitation to human life, said disposed waste such as Robber, metal, glasses and papers can be recycle for another use.
