Adviser Sani Danja Hails Tinubu, Governor Yusuf Over Youth, Sports, Economic Interventions

A Special Adviser to the Governor of Kano State and Kannywood actor, Sani Musa Danja, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for their commitment to youth and sports development, entrepreneurship, and social welfare projects.

Danja made the remarks on Wednesday during an appearance on _Kan Daki Live_, a radio programme on Radio Kano. The programme was anchored by Nura Bala Ajingi and Binta Idris Yola.

He listed key interventions by the two administrations to include financial support for small and medium enterprises, students’ scholarships and payment of school fees, entrepreneurship training, and improved security.

The actor also praised Governor Yusuf for bridge construction and road renovation across the state, women employment initiatives, sports development, and healthcare improvements.

Danja further announced a song competition to celebrate the governor’s projects. According to him, interested singers are to compose songs highlighting Governor Yusuf’s achievements. Winners will receive a car, a motorcycle, while other participants will get cash prizes.

Speaking on national issues, Danja said President Tinubu inherited security and economic challenges from the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari. He noted that other presidential candidates, including Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, had also expressed support for the removal of fuel subsidy.

He added that following the policy implementation, state governments now have increased funds to execute viable projects, citing developments in Kano as evidence.

The programme featured phone-in contributions, with callers expressing satisfaction with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration.
