The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has approved the sale of the Foreign Exchange to eligible Bureau De Change (BDCs).
This was contained in a public notice issued on Tuesday by Dr. Hassan Mahmoud, the Director Trade And Exchange Department of the Apex bank.
According to the notice, the action aimed at meeting the demand for invisible transactions.
