RTEAN Kano Congratulates Gov. Abba Kabir Yusuf on 63rd Birthday, Hails Developmental Strides.

The Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Kano State Council, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose administration has continued to record remarkable achievements across key sectors of the state.

In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of its leadership and members, RTEAN said it joined millions of well-wishers within and outside Kano State to celebrate the Governor’s milestone age and commend his people-centred style of governance.

The association particularly praised Governor Yusuf’s unwavering commitment to the revitalisation of the education sector through massive investments in school infrastructure, teacher welfare and youth development programmes, noting that the initiatives have laid a solid foundation for a brighter future for the younger generation.

RTEAN also lauded the administration’s deliberate efforts to strengthen the health sector through the upgrading of health facilities, improved access to quality healthcare services, and prioritisation of the wellbeing of citizens, including enhanced civil service welfare and the settlement of pensioners’ entitlements.

In a statement signed by the Chairman of RTEAN, Kano State Council, Comrade Auwalu Bello Isma’il Danhajiya, the union further acknowledged the giant strides recorded in infrastructural development, particularly in road construction, urban renewal and transportation, which it said have significantly improved economic activities and ease of movement across the state.

According to the union, the interventions have had a positive impact on transport operators, traders and the general public, thereby contributing to economic growth and social stability in Kano State.

The association also commended Governor Yusuf’s leadership style, which it described as anchored on transparency, accountability and people-oriented governance, noting that it has restored public confidence in government and reinforced the principles of good governance.

As the Governor marks his 63rd birthday, RTEAN prayed that Almighty Allah grants him good health, wisdom and renewed strength to continue steering Kano State towards greater progress and prosperity.
