US Dollar Rate Increase, Fuel Subsidy Removal, Embezzlement, Others Crippled Nigerian Economy – Gambo Danpass

A businessman in Kano State Dan Saran Kano Alh. Gambo Danpass has accused the Federal Government for its failure to provide US Dollars to businessmen and repair refineries which had cripple Nigeria’s economy particularly business activities.
Briefing our correspondant in the state capital, Danpass called on the President, the Executive Council, members of the Senate and representatives especially those from Kano and the North, as well as professionals to work together and solve the economic challenges especially high price of the US dollar exchange and fuel.
He called on the need to repair the country’s oil refineries, curtail the level of embezzlement with the public treasury and develop agriculture to save the citizens from the current hardship.
The Dan Saran kano has expressed his displeasure over the efforts of the federal government to collect another debt from the foreign banks, due to its negative effects on the nation’s economy.
The Elder stateman has mentioned that countries like Zimbabwe, Uganda and some other African countries are in the midst of economic challenges, due to similar debt as a result of the attached conditionalities leading to misery of life.
The businessman who appreciated the efforts of national assembly members such as Sen. Kawu Sumaila and Sen. Barau Jibrin Sen Rufa’i Hanga and Aliyu Madakin Gini and Kabiru Alhassan Rurum, also thanked Kano Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for taking steps to revive the value of education at all levels, health and widows marriage for the development of the state.
Dan Saran Kanon, who dissatisfied with plans to spent more for president, his wife and National Assembly members, for luxury lives said that this shows a lack of concern to the hardship condition of majority of Nigerians who cannot afford foods even two times a day.
He therefore charged people to surrender to Almighty Allah with full submission, for forgiveness and prayers for solutions, and to include Palestinians who are currently facing violent attacks from the enemies of Islam Israelis.
Dan Saran Kano called on the Islamic scholars, traditional rulers to tell the leaders of this country the truth about the situation of the citizens and explain the real issues behind Israel’s invasion in Gaza.
