The new leadership of the Kano State College Of Health Sciences And Technology, popularly known as School Of Hygiene has pledged to ensure academic performance of lecturers and students, in the pursuit of academic excellent.
The principal of the College Malam Jamilu Shu’aibu Muhammad stated this while briefing newsmen Wednesday in his office.
Malam Muhammad who pointed out that the strategies had been put in place to mentain quality assurance of teaching and learning activities of the institution.
He also promised to present Certificates to the graduated students of the college, as soon as successfully they have completed their prescribed academic courses.
Malam Jamilu Shuaibu Muhammad who reminded that, now it is time to be ‘self relient’ urged graduands to be self reliant, rather than relying on government employment.

He added that the College has requested for more capital projects from governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in the next year’s budget to achieve the goals and ideals of the college of ensuring conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning.
