Kano Ministry Of Rural Proposes 2024 Projects, To Spend 7bn

The proposed Seven Billion Naira allocated to Kano State Ministry of Rural and Community Development in 2024 budget, will focus on construction of roads, boreholes, electrification and employment programs.
The Commissioner of the Ministry who doubles as the acting Commissioner of Youth and Sports, Ambassador Hamza Safiyanu Kachako disclosed this while briefing newsmen shortly after his appearance before standing committee on Rural at the State House of Assembly.
He said Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has good intentions for human development programs under the ministry.
Oh her part the commissioner of Special Duties Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani said the ministry’s budget designed to include empowerment programs for youth and women.

Responding, the chairman standing committee on special duties, member representing Gezawa Alh. Abdullahi Yahaya Tsamiyar Kara said the committee satisfied with provisions of the budget and make adjustments for better result.
